There when you needs us - Stress free airport transfers !!
Well not quite in our case but alls well that ends well. Our people carrier arrived within 10 mins as promised and we had very good journey home in spite of a few traffic holdups. The driver was efficient and as it turned out he used to live not far from us and knew the local area well. Tell him we have booked my wife's car into Impact Motors who will get us a container of the special oil he recommends. After a 30 hour journey another hour made little difference but we were glad to get home at last.
I gather we are the first customers you have "lost" so i suppose that gives us something to brag about. If/when we next need airport transport we will give you another call on the basis you did everything you could to put matters right. We appreciate the reduction in fare to compensate and your offer of an upgrade next time.
