Booking

To help us determine what vehicle you require for a safe and comfortable transfer to or from your airport please refer to the booking form (type of vehicle required section), or phone our trained operators who will ask for the amount of passengers and luggage. If you require any freight transfers or your party size is 5 or more, please phone, fax or e-mail our operations center for a quote.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the event of a "No-show" by the client, or if a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 4 to 48 hours of the start of the period of hire or booking howsoever made, any and all monies paid will be totally non-refundable, in addition the full charge may be levied especially where the journey pick up point is from an airport or seaport.

If a booking is cancelled by the Customer prior to 48 hours of the start of the period of hire, any deposits or payments in full will be 50% refundable.

Every effort will be made by the Company to ensure that vehicle(s) arrive on time and reach destinations on time too. The Company shall not be held responsible or liable for any delays (and/or arising consequential losses) that occur beyond its control. We will reimburse customers should we fail to collect them. This amount shall be no more than the cost incurred by the customer obtaining alternative transport.

The Drive will travel by the most appropriate route on the day, unless instructed otherwise by the Customer when term (7) may apply.

Although vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims under British Law, Customer's properties are carried entirely at their own risk and the Company shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property.

The Company and its Driver have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat either to the Driver, the vehicle or any other passenger.

Nothing contained in these terms and conditions can affect the Client's' statutory rights.

Collection

We can pick you up from anywhere in the U.K. and take you to anywhere in the U.K. as long as it is pre-booked.

You will find that we are one of the main leaders in our field and that is why we are able to keep our prices very competitive. Please note, that the prices to pick up from all airports are inclusive of car parking charges and waiting time whilst passengers collect their luggage and clear customs.

All our passengers will be met at the INFORMATION DESK, by one of our drivers, who will be holding an Airport-Transfers-Yorkshire.co.uk which will have their name, flight number and destination displayed on it.

If you can not see the driver at the INFORMATION DESK, please contact our control center on 0845 226 1014 where the operator will contact the driver directly on their mobile phone. The operator will stay on the line until you have successfully met the driver.

Delays & Cancellations

The average amount of time required by passengers to collect their luggage and clear customs is between 15 to 45 minutes. Our drivers will stay at the INFORMATION DESK for one hour after the flight has landed. He/she will then phone our office for further instructions.

If you are delayed by customs, immigration or baggage please phone our operations center on 0845 226 1014 from inside the arrivals hall. If the office has not made contact with the customer, the driver will be allocated another job and the customer will incur the full charge.

In the event of cancellation (i.e. passengers miss their flight or connection)or you simply change your mind,as long as we are notified 48 hours in advance there will be no charge and a full refund will be given.

Please note when booking, if traveling intercontinental close to midnight, you will land on the next day.
