Airport Transfers Refund Policy
We are happy to amend or cancel your booking at any time.
If you wish to amend your transfer time,Date or other details we are happy to do this for you without charge. But this is subject to a minimum 12 hours notice. If you decide to cancel your reservation with more than 12 hours notice to ourselves then no charges apply.
We understand that life is ever changing and you may need to cancel your booking, then we are more than happy to refund your money. But please give as much notice as possible with a minimum of 12 hours before the pickup time of your transfer.
No refunds will be issued for the following:
- Cancellations notified under 12 hours from the time of the transfer.

If the passenger books for a wrong date, wrong flight number or any other misleading information.

If the passenger leaves the pick up point without informing our office on the telephone number that was sent to you on your booking form.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS YORKSHIRE - NEWS
November 2012 saw the introduction of a further 7 quality vehicles to our fleet. Plus a further 2 vehicles added to our standard cars, making Airport Transfers Yorkshire one of the largest Airport Transfer Companies in the UK.
